S. Franklin Twp. Park Volunteer Projects

Gazebo Renovation Project

· Paint and Repair Gazebo Structure where needed.

· Add 3-4 interior Gazebo Benches

· Refurbish/Refinish Exterior Benches

· Landscape Gazebo/Bench area.

General Park Beautification Project

· Stain existing split rail fencing.

· Landscape entrance and gate areas

o Main Park Entrance, Rear Gate, Upper level Gate

o Ball-Field Entrances (4)

· Plant Shade Trees to spectator commons areas on upper and lower ball-fields.

Spectator Bleacher Renovation Project

· Remove, Replace and surface finish existing wood on bleachers

· Scrape, sand and refinish metal bleacher frames

· Remove and replace bleacher frame skids

Lower Concession Stand Renovation

· Remove old interior cabinets and counters

· Install new upper & lower cabinets and counter tops

· Paint/refinish exterior of building

Park Bulletin/Communication Center

· Design a 2 or 3 sided, freestanding bulletin/communication center with roof.

· Roof to be of Gray Metal to match existing renovated roofs in park

· Include lockable and weather tight display areas per side as determined by structure.

All volunteer projects must be approved by the S. Franklin Twp. Park & Rec. Bd.
